Currently in recovery, think I’ve come through the worst of it & am feeling more at peace with myself and my body.
My body doesn’t conform to society’s “ideal,” but I’m OK with that - I’m not going to try and change myself any more, I want to embrace it; I’m different, I’m an individual- I’ve accepted that this is me.
We are all beautiful in our own individual way, no matter what size / shape / sex / race, and it really is a shame that we let people / society bring us down & make us feel otherwise.
You are perfect just the way you are - don’t ever forget that xx

Not only should you be bodyy-positive,
but belive in yourself. You critisize yourself
more than others do. ;)

I should care, but I don’t.

This is what it looks like.
I took these pictures for a Styling project for my fashion class. My theme was modern pin-up. I am learning to love my body.

Finally slowly starting to love my body, flaws and all :)
Hello Tumblr Friends! My friend, Melissa Armstrong is participating in a fundraiser for the National Eating Disorder Association and she is trying to reach a $100+ goal. If you would like to donate to this organization please click this link and click on the support me button. Any amount of money helps! I know the economy is tough but any amount of money (from $5 to $50) helps raise awareness. The website is safe and takes all major credit cards. I, Martha Estrada (myself) have donated. You can donate under anonymous if you like. If you are unable to donate, please contribute to this cause by rebloging this post. Both Melissa and I appreciate your contribution.
This is an important issue and we must raise awareness and provide help to those who need it!
**Please Reblog this to spread the word** Feb 26th-Mar 3rd is National Eating Disorder Week! LETS MAKE A DIFFERENCE! LETS RAISE AWARENESS!
